Refund Policy

Tax Preparation Services

Tax preparation fees are non-refundable once preparation has begun. If you have concerns about your return, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will work to resolve any issues.

Bookkeeping Services

Monthly bookkeeping services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable. Prepaid services will be prorated based on work completed at the time of cancellation.

EFINity Mentorship Program
// Subscription Policy

EFINity is a month-to-month subscription. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Access continues through the end of the paid period.

Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of digital downloads, templates, and guides are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

Consulting Services

Consulting fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows forfeit the session fee.

Exceptions

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of duplicate charges, technical errors resulting in failed service delivery, or other extraordinary circumstances. Contact us at [email protected].
