The LTD Group was founded by D.D. Boutte out of necessity, experience, and one hard truth: too many Black businesses are operating without structure, strategy, or protection — and they're paying for it in penalties, stress, and missed opportunities.

After years of working inside the tax and bookkeeping industry, D.D. saw the same problems repeat themselves. Business owners guessing instead of documenting. Tax professionals filing without strategy. Systems held together by hope, spreadsheets, and crossed fingers. That wasn't sustainable — and it definitely wasn't profitable.

So The LTD Group was built to do things differently. At its core, The LTD Group exists to bring clarity, compliance, and control to individuals, business owners, and tax professionals who are serious about doing business the right way.
